Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
