This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The place is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Bryggerhus on a farm with animals.

Brewery house on farm with animals. Quiet and peaceful far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located deserted in great nature. The nearest shop/city center is Rakkestad which is about 10 km away. We are also 10 km away from Rudskogenmotorsenter. 20 km to Mysen and Sarpsborg. 1,5 km down to Glomma. There are 2 (120x200) beds in the loft. Large sofa bed (150x220) in the living room. There is access to 2-3 travel beds for children (60x120) if requested. There is a playground and a seating area with a fire pit right outside. Max 7 adults +3 children under 3 years

Bring the whole family to large downtown house with 3 bedrooms (beds 180/160 and 140 width) with 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The home is 170 m2 on two floors. Good hiking opportunities nearby, good parking conditions with garage. Great view with large porch with day and evening sun. Only 1 km to the convenience store as well as under 2 km to the center of the city center Proximity to forest and marked light rail right outside the door. 3 bikes at your disposal if desired. Functional housing 100 meters from the lake

This unique place is centrally located and makes it easy to plan your stay. It is only 100 meters to walk down to Tunevannet. The house has spacious 235 sqm, 3 floors with great views, a parking space in the garage and two outdoor, with charging facilities. The city center is only 1.2 miles away, or about a 20 minute walk. There are also gym facilities in the garage, which is equipped with a fitness rack. The patio pergola can be fully opened by sliding the glass doors to the sides – perfect for enjoying nice days.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Paradise cottage at Glomma

Recently renovated cottage paradise at Glomma! The cabin is spacious - with new fresh bedrooms, new bathroom and new kitchen. LARGE garden and several terraces to enjoy in the sun. Outdoor kitchen for grilling and cooking outdoors as well. We have Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. Several parking spaces in shared parking just across the road. 10 minutes drive to several grocery stores, Kafe and thrift store.

Cozy cabin with lots of seating in the sun :)

Cabin completed in 2012 is rented. Large open plot with sun all day. It takes 10 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minutes to grocery store and pharmacy. 15 minutes to drive to Halden with Fredriksten fortress. 20 minutes to Nordby Shoppingsenter, 25 minutes to Strømstad. Fredrikstad 35 minutes to Fredrikstad and Old Town. 20 minutes to Superland and Inspiria Normally the cabin is used by a family of five and our cat. We are happy to rent to families with children.

Historisk byvilla

På dette stedet kan familien din bo i nærheten av alt, beliggenheten er sentral i Sarpsborg med to minutters gange til gågata i sentrum. Huset ligger skjermet og fredelig, uten sjenerende trafikkstøy. Benytt deg av den flott opparbeidede hagen med steinbenker og hagebord og egen grill. På høsten kan du plukke epler av de tre store epletrærne - helt gratis selvfølgelig! Huset er nyoppusset i 2023, og består av 3 etasjer. Velkommen til Sarpsborg! :)

Great cabin 100 meters from the sea.

Fantastic cabin from 2014, located 100 meters from the sea. The cabin is bright and cozy and is located on Karlsøya. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, pier and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has throughout good standards.

Cozy family home in a kid friendly area!

“We rent our own home and therefore expect those who rent to take care of the house as if it was theirs” The house is located in a very quiet family area. It is next to school, shops and transportation. You are only 10 minutes from the city. Close to the house you have many good hiking areas. The house is also dog friendly. You can safely leave the dog out in the garden. The yard is surrounded with fence.

Short distance to Inspiria, Superland and water park. 10 min by car to Sarpsborg city center, and 15 min by car to Fredrikstad city center.
