The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

Recently renovated cottage paradise by Glomma! The cabin is spacious - With new and fresh bedrooms, new bathroom and new kitchen. LARGE garden and several terraces you can enjoy in the sun. Outdoor kitchen for grilling and cooking outside as well. We have a Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. It is just under 8-10 minutes walk to the large swimming area in Sandvika, or choose to go down to Sildavika, the slightly smaller swimming area in Sildevika, about 8-10 minutes walk. Høysand is a popular summer vacation paradise for all ages. The cabin is located 30 minutes drive from Fredrikstad one way and Strømstad the other way.

Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city center, 20 minutes to the Old Town in Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an additional fee. A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, jetty and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has consistently good standards.
