There is a land plot and a child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is a good depth ratio. A brand new floating jetty has been built. New Weber gas grill. Good fishing opportunities. There are a lot of pike, burbot and perch. The TV is connected to Viasat satellite

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and cycling. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bicycle. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

The cabin is idyllically located by beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdraget with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two minutes to walk to the beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent. There is a charger for electric car with payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Magical views, fresh air, great hiking trails and fantastic swimming area just a stone's throw from the cabin! Partially newly renovated cabin for rent between Filtvet and Tofte, short distance to the lake with parking space for two cars on the plot. Short walk to nice beaches and cliffs, and there are great opportunities for great trips along the coastal path or in nice hiking terrain. The cabin has several large terraces in different levels with barbecue and outdoor kitchen where you can make dinner while enjoying the view.

Cosy little holiday home on Spjærøy, Hvaler. Bryggerhuset is part of a former smallholding, and the hosts live in the main house themselves. Here you can enjoy quiet days in the garden, or take a trip to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops approximately 5 km away. We have eight happy hens living with us, some of which roam free.

Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.
