The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central in Sarpsborg with 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the center. The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.
