Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

Consisting of a living room with kitchenette, smart TV and sofa, upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and closet. The accommodation is equipped with a fenced outdoor space with a beautiful corner for outdoor dining. In the summer months, you can take advantage of the swimming pool located in front of the apartment (use is not exclusive but shared with the owners of the property).

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Casa Bonari is a single-level independent apartment inside a villa at the foot of Monticchiello. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room. The rooms are bright and furnished in Tuscan style, with old restored family furniture combined with contemporary elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so that all rooms boast a beautiful view of the countryside.
