You will be amazed by the beauty of the site, its endless waterfall, its wooded park, its thousand-year-old building resting on the water like an ocean liner and all the beauties of the Sarthe Valley. Possibility to accommodate up to 12 travellers, the 3ha estate is at your disposal in its entirety.

This accommodation, next to our home, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure center (20 m from the beach). The house is located by the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as authorized navigation). Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.
