Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. You will also meet goats from the ditches, donkeys of the Cotentin without forgetting the lower courtyard. We have been welcoming you with great joy since 2022, when we restored this house ourselves. The *** gîte offers comfort, charm and tranquillity.
