The "La Terrasse du Loir" gîte is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022, and the pool is heated to 29°C In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115 m² gîte + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir, located 2.5 km from the Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 beds).

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably furnished and fully renovated house in a quiet location in the heart of the Loir Valley. You will find many activities in the surrounding area (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche is 20 minutes away, the 24H circuit is 25 minutes away, the 24H and Baugé golf courses are 25 minutes away, as are Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike and Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your family or with friends, you'll feel right at home!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

10 kms from Bellême and Mamers, "La Grande Maison Volganza" allows you to stay in a farm where Percheron horses are raised. You will also meet goats from the ditches, donkeys of the Cotentin without forgetting the lower courtyard. We have been welcoming you with great joy since 2022, when we restored this house ourselves. The *** gîte offers comfort, charm and tranquillity.
