Small happiness, charming old building apartment on 100 square meters

"Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank flooring and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment was extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.

Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz on the island of Rügen. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ships. There are numerous cafés and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.

Between the harbor and chalk cliffs - Crampas 1

Through several accesses you are in 10 minutes directly in the harbor and can buy fish, go out to eat or just enjoy the magical harbor atmosphere. The old town is also reached in 10 min and there numerous stores and restaurants invite you to linger. A hike to the chalk cliffs through the Jasmund National Park is absolutely recommended. In the north and south of Sassnitz stretch miles of sandy beaches, which you can reach by bus, car or bike in no time.
