Holiday rentals with beach access in Sattahip District

I enjoyed my stay here :) The location is a bit far away from things so I had motorbike (dont get one unless you KNOW how to drive in Thailand, so many stupid tourists...) and you can easy get around by Grab/Bolt if you need to. Not a big issue and I liked it because I dont want to be too close to Pattaya.... There are local places where you can get food and 7-11 3-4 min away in walking distance. The place itself is good, everything was working. Internet was very good and dedicated to the flat and no silly "login to access internet" things which I hate. Even your own washing machine. Pool area is nice, water good. The beach area is not my favorite place, too much sand and ants, but that is just me :) Most people there seem to enjoy it and you could get some easy food/drink (some was closed), massage and nice beaches. In general there are some smaller things I would have fixed if I was the manager of this location, but it is Thailand so cant expect everything to be perfect :)

Great place. For my part best location if you are going to travel close to pattaya. Nice apartment and great outdoor space.

Nook was a very kind and accommodating host. She always made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for a long stay. The pool and the garden surrounding the property were very relaxing, and the staff as well as neighbours made us feel welcome. Also, the beach nearby is easy to access and offers tranquility as well as amazing sunsets. The only little downside were the two construction sites both in front of and behind the house, making it hard to sleep late or work from home in some occasions. This is of course not the host’s fault but I would just advise to message her prior to your booking to make sure the renovations are over. Also do keep in mind that it is located next to a highway in the middle of two cities, so walking to convenience stores etc. could be a bit challenging. But we rented scooters in Bang Saray and it was just fine. Amazing deal for sure ! Thanks for hosting us, we had a great stay in your peaceful.

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

Everything was great. The house is amazing: 1) very clean, 2) mosquito nets, 3) land for walking barefoot (grounding) Super quite area. Owner was friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

Unique and traditional stay inland from Pattaya

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

It is a brand new apartment, the interior is warm and elegant, the bed is large and comfortable, the same private beach only needs to go through another building, about five minutes, 711 is about 10 minutes on foot, it is a little far away, just like a walk, there is a nice restaurant next door to the 711, the apartment is very good value for money, suitable for those who need quiet, recommended 5🌟

Super nice apartment with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Huge and nice pool area. We arrived before the agreed check-in time and May was available right away and made check-in smooth. (code on door had to be rescheduled when we arrived early)

Excellent stay and the host is very accomodating. Room is clean and well maintained and the facilities of the complex are very good. The property is a short walk to the beach, through the resort.

Very helpful host. Managed to lock myself out, twice, but host solved the problem very quick both times. Highly recommended. Only thing to mention is that a motorcycle really helps you to get around so i would recommend renting one. Fridge was filled with complimentary water and beverages, a nice touch!

Our family stayed for 1 month in this condo. It was a great stay and wonderful moments. About the unit was clean and comfortable the host was kind and responsible. The location was good safe with kids. Overall everything was great. 🙌🏻 We will definitely come back. Thank you Pooh
