The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

We had a great stay at this house surrounded by lots of woodland. The chance to see many friendly dogs and even monkeys added to the experience. Communication with Neisha was excellent, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Additionally, the housekeeper was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

We had a great 12 days. Despite a small problem that was really resolved immediately by the host, we felt very comfortable in the house and in the complex. Everything matches the description and also the communication with the host was impeccable. You can spend great days in the house and also relax wonderfully by the pool. Everything around it worked, also the location was great, but I would recommend a car or scooter here. In a 15-minute walk you can reach some shops,restaurants and also a massage. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Pattaya and can fully recommend the accommodation. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Great room~ Taking photos is also amazing, with a strong sense of comfort, and the bed and pillow are also very comfortable~I fell asleep just by diving in haha~

Beautiful villa just 15min away from Wonderfruit festival. The outdoor space is great with a nice large table to eat and nice plants/trees. The rooms and living room are also very clean and well furnished. Beds aren’t super comfortable but other than that we would definitely book this place again if we were going to wonderfruit !

Great place. For my part best location if you are going to travel close to pattaya. Nice apartment and great outdoor space.
