The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

It’s the perfect holiday home for friends, families and couples who want to experience the best bits of North Devon. You’re less than a minutes’ walk to nearby bars, shops and everything Braunton has to offer, and a less than a 2 mile drive to some of the most stunning beaches, surf spots and coastal walks in the UK.

Sea Breeze Lodge, Croyde Coastal Retreats

Set in a stunning coastal location, with all the comforts of home, the Sea Breeze lodge has the added benefit of being dog friendly costing £30 per dog per visit. You have your own small, private and secure garden, so you know your four legged holiday companion can be off-lead when you’re at home chilling out. The lodge sleeps 6 people, with an ensuite double bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable double bed settee in the spacious living room, plus a second bathroom.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

Broadgate Lodge, in the heart of Braunton, Devon

Broadgate Lodge is a beautifully appointed detached cottage, situated just a few minutes easy walk from the centre of Braunton. It’s a single story barn conversion with modern interior, including an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It is spacious and light but still has that cosy cottage feeling.
