It is a 44 m² duplex with a beautifully landscaped and shaded courtyard. On the ground floor, the living room/kitchen and a shower room, toilet. Upstairs, which is accessed either from the inside with its spiral staircase, or from its external staircase, there is a large bedroom and its shower room, toilet. Located on a one-way street, this peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 2 min walk to a secluded and family cove, with a wooded garden and 2 parking spaces (street parking is not a problem). Very well insulated modern house with equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning and all comforts. The very wooded 500m² garden is ideal for aperitifs and bbq. Near the corniche and the port everything is within walking distance.
