Neue, moderne Ferienwohnung für 2-6 Personen mit herrlichem Berg- und Talblick von fast allen Fenstern! Die Skiregion Hochoetz ist 10min (gratis Skibus) und eine Rodelbahn 100m vom Haus entfernt. Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Mieminger Waldhäusl

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

The large apartment at the beginning of the Ötztales can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. The tiled stove in the large living room ensures unique well-being. Bathroom/toilet separate. The large terrace invites you to relax. Two free parking spaces are available. It is a 5-minute drive to the village center of Ötz and Hochötz ski area, and about 30 minutes to Sölden. Pets allowed, Additional cost per pet per day: 10 euros

This large apartment in Ötztal Bahnhof is in the best location for exploring the Austrian Alps. Its peaceful and private with a kitchen and living room. Easy access by train, bus, and car to skiing at over 20 resorts. Ötztal Bahnhof is a major train stop with connections to all of Europe, just a 5 minute walk away. Hiking from the front door, mountain biking and road biking from the front door, rafting adventures on the Inn River and the Ötztaler Ache. Walking distance to area 47.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops can be reached by car in about 5 minutes, and on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer and winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus and Fiss-Ladis can be reached in a few minutes by car/ski bus!
