Domaine de Bagard – Fig Tree Cottage 55 m² 4/8 pers

The Domaine de Bagard is the legacy of an old hamlet of the medieval village of Sauve. It then became a magnanerie (silkworm farm). It covers 11 hectares, on the side of a hill of garrigue, typical of the Cévennes foothills. In the middle of the Domaine flows a natural spring (a true Vauclusian-type resurgence) and below the Vidourle river. In this setting of old stones and nature, 22 authentic and sometimes very picturesque cottages are waiting for you.

The house is very nice, fully equipped, ideal for 4 people, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. A dream kitchen that opens onto a beautiful private garden. The exterior and interior are perfectly arranged so as to enjoy all the spaces with family or friends.

The historic house, which houses the self-contained flat of approximately 50 m², is located on the ground floor in the centre of the charming town of Sauve, a stone's throw from the village's main squares, restaurants and shops. The streets are pedestrianised and also lead to nearby hiking trails. The flat comprises a comfortably furnished main room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a WC, and a spacious, bright bedroom.

'Chic et bohème' is a 32 m² two-room apartment comprising a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a retro bathtub. You have a private kitchen with a dining area. It is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine and kettle. The toilet is private in your listing. Lock and bolt on your front door. A shared library, a patio and a vaulted area are at your disposal.
