The house is located in the village of Sauve, a medieval town, in one of the many cobbled pedestrian streets, which are very pleasant for strolling and wandering from artisan shops to artists' studios. There are numerous events throughout the season, from late May to September, such as the wine fair, night markets, concerts, fairs, and more. The historic house, which houses the self-contained flat of approximately 50 m², is located on the ground floor in the centre of the charming town of Sauve, a stone's throw from the village's main squares, restaurants and shops. The streets are pedestrianised and also lead to nearby hiking trails. The flat comprises a comfortably furnished main room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a WC, and a spacious, bright bedroom.
