Bakery and nautical stopover nearby. The accommodation: 2 beds 90 x 190 (possibility to put them together on request), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette open to the living room. Private parking. Outside: terrace, plancha, garden chairs.

Le logement se situe à la campagne à l'entrée du bourg de Sauvigny-Les-Bois. Nous sommes à 5 min du château de Prye, 10 minutes de Nevers(8km) et 15 minutes du circuit F1 de Nevers/Magny-Cours. La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

Enjoy an optimized, elegant, central, quiet and wooded 19 m2 accommodation located on the ground floor set back from traffic in a private inner courtyard. Pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, newspapers on the avenue. It is a 3-minute walk to the city center. The sofa bed is 22 cm, sleeps 120 x 190. The bathroom with window is equipped with a walk-in shower. Kitchen with all the essentials, washing machine. Ideal for an evening stopover or for a few days of visiting Nivernais.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

A stone's throw from the start of the Loire by bike, 10 minutes from Nevers and 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit. Characterful accommodation with large bright rooms with the charm of the old, exposed beams and stones. A living room with a very nice area: kitchen open to living room and dining room. Two large bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed.
