You will find all the necessary comfort to spend an exceptional stay, with family or friends. Close to the heart of a village with narrow streets, with a Romanesque church of the XIIth century, classified historical monument, a wash house also facing the Bacchus of the fountain of the mill.

We offer our guests a former café-theater that comes to life in a baroque and intimate setting, red armchairs, antique chandeliers... A bay window opens onto 500 m² of wooded and flowery garden. House Rules: The LOFT is not suitable for hosting more than 2 people. The following are strictly prohibited: parties, birthdays and family meals... No smoking, no burning candles and incense. Do not use the piano and pool table. Not suitable for children under 12 years old

Close to the center of the village, between Drôme Provençale and Ardèche, on the way to the hilltop villages, the Le Perchoir apartment located on the first floor of a family house will welcome you for a relaxing or professional stay and discovery of the surroundings. Numerous visits nearby: Vercors, the Ardèche gorges, Grignan Castle and its festivities, Nyons and its delicious olive oil, discovery of the Cotes du Rhône, numerous hikes and swimming to discover.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

In this unusual accommodation, everything is well arranged to allow you a pleasant and rejuvenating stay. The all-wood construction gives a warm and charming atmosphere. For safety reasons, due to unsecured mezzanines, I am unable to accept reservations with children under 7 years old.
