Monthly Rentals in Savannah Bay

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

This was the nicest AirBnB we have ever stayed in, and we have visited a lot of them. The king size bed was nice and in a large bedroom with plenty of closet space. There were tables and outlets on both sides of the bed, which is important. The kitchen had everything we needed. Laura set up a desk and nice office chair for me to work while there. The large living room with two couches and extra-large TV made relaxing in the evenings easy. The yard was beautiful, and the parking spot was great. There were no negatives with this stay. The next time we need to stay between Chattanooga and Cleveland, we will attempt to book this place first.

My fiancé and I stayed here while in town for a wedding and can’t speak highly enough!! The location was stellar, Courtney was beyond accommodating and quick to respond, and her place was so beautiful! Bonus points for a giant bathtub that I was able to soak in after a 9 hour drive - and I’m almost 6’ tall and it was amazing! All in all, we would recommend this to anybody needing somewhere to stay in the area and if we are ever back in town, we will absolutely be staying there!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!
