This accommodation consists of an entrance with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a 30 m2 living room with a dining area, a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. Shower room and separate toilet.

In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).
