This accommodation consists of an entrance with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a 30 m2 living room with a dining area, a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. Shower room and separate toilet.

Rental for tourism in Sarthe and sporting events on the 24-hour circuit (15 minutes by ring road), at the European horse center (5 minutes). Courtyard parking for classic car only. Closed garage for motorcycle. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom bed 140 x 190, bathroom & toilet (linen provided). Sofa bed / sofa bed 1 place in living room/kitchen Flower garden, terrace, barbecue, Wi-Fi. Bus stop 30 m to Le Mans center. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil available 2 nights minimum. All shops nearby.

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).
