We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a cottage 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our cottage. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in the summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 travellers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.
