Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. COUETTE & living is a 160 m2 vacation home. Completely renovated in 2023 to accommodate up to 7 guests. The ground floor includes an entrance and fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with toilets. On the 2nd floor, the "attic" accommodates a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed and finally a TV lounge.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property.
