Wir haben geplant und renoviert, Checklisten geführt, Handwerker und Möbelpacker die Tür geöffnet. Wir freuen uns, Euch in unserem weitläufig hellen und sehr gemütlichen Sehnsuchtsort empfangen zu dürfen. Wir – 3 Generationen mit den unterschiedlichsten Wünschen – genießen die tolle Zeit dort zu jeder Stunde. Wir hoffen, Ihr tut das auch!

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

The place where the smell of grape must mixed with the joy of the people who worked there. Casa Torchio is located within the Borgo Selvapiana, which has been a lively center of agricultural activities that over the centuries have shaped its appearance. Far from everyday city life, but only an hour from Milan, Borgo Selvapiana is located among the forests and vineyards at the entrance to the Valtellina, a stone's throw from Lake Como.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
