Welcome to our house with the charm of age and under the care of the goddess Demeter with her merry companions. Our house with 2 flats is located in a quiet area at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg. In about 600 m, you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the ferry landing stage, the adventure pool and restaurants. A good starting point for hikes, bike rides, and for visiting castles, palaces and places of interest. The "Stadt Wehlen" S-Bahn station is approx. 500 m away.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Living room and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the rest on the 2nd floor. A portable crib and highchair are provided free of charge if needed. The public playground is only 100 m away. In the garden there is a small sitting area. A grill is also provided. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is completely closed and for your own use.

Our newly renovated apartment with an area of 60 square meters is located in the heart of the charming town of Sebnitz, which is known for its silk flowers. Thanks to the central location, all important places are within easy walking distance and the bus station is just 300 meters away. If you like hiking, you are in the right place, because the hiking trails start right outside the front door.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment).
