Perfect for families, groups, quiet bachelor parties & dog owners. Barrel sauna and adventure packages (baking or cooking class, craft workshops, etc.) can be booked. Ideal for slowing down, experiencing and enjoying.

Bright loft apartment near university incl. Netflix, RTL+

Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Exclusive glamping site

GLAMPING NUTHETAL is a very special retreat. Just outside the gates of Potsdam and Berlin lies the approx. 1200 m2 property. On the property, there are 4 GLAMPING tents and 2 cottages with bathrooms and kitchens. Two 18m2 tents with space for 4 people each, as well as two smaller 3x3m tents ("Sunset" & "Sunrise"), each with space for 2 people, offer sufficient space for 12 people. If you are travelling with more people, it is possible to set up more tents.

Floating apartment in a fantastic location

Enjoy the freedom of a fully air-conditioned, floating apartment in a prime city location right on the water. Within a few meters there are restaurants, fitness, wellness and access to the most beautiful parks and castles in the city. You can also reach the train, tram or bus on foot in 2-9 minutes to be in the center of Berlin in less than 30 minutes. Outings by houseboat are only possible by special arrangement. SUPs are available for trips :)

Living at the Theaterpark

The apartment (approx. 48 square meters) is located on the mezzanine floor with six steps to the separate entrance of the apartment. It is located on the northeastern edge of the Theaterpark, right in the center of the city. From all rooms you can see the Theaterpark in front of our property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking (property is fully fenced) is available right by the property.

Vacation in the countryside in an old farmhouse

The charming vacation home "Altes Dorfhaus Sechzehneichen" sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has a beautiful garden overlooking the fields. The living room with open kitchen is heated via the fireplace and electric heaters are available in the bedrooms and bathrooms.  The stylishly furnished brick building is only 10 minutes by car from Obersee and Untersee, ideal for wonderful summer days or idyllic winter walks.

This high-quality apartment for two adults and two children with a large terrace offers everything for a great stay for a couple or a family. The atmosphere is particularly cozy thanks to the dimmable light. The bedroom with a large box spring bed for 2 people is separated from the living room. Behind is another bedroom with a 140cm wide and 190cm long bunk bed for two children.

This is a fully furnished flat that is provided for temporary use. The apartment features a living area with seating, a whirlpool bath and a private sauna. The facilities also include a home cinema with a PS5 and a TV with channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all the essential utensils for your stay. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
