Beyond the gardens are a traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna, cold plunge and outdoor shower. Designed by architect Rob Wood and built by J. Toelle Construction, its timber frame was made from trees felled and milled on the property. South-facing windows overlook trees and gardens, and the living room has a wood stove. Much of the 20-year-old interior remains original.

One queen bed in the loft but due to it being a loft there is limited head space and a steep ladder staircase to access it so not safe for small children or people with mobility issues. The couch in the living room pulls out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and salt and pepper. Fire pit area outside with picnic table.
