Yurt on a livestock farm

Come and spend an adventurous country holiday in a unique yurt in Porvoo! The location is only about 6 km from the center of Porvoo! If you wish, you can also get to know the numerous animals of our small farm at close range. In the summer of 2025, we will offer guests small donkey rides as an additional service! You can find more information in the text below. Along the forest path (1.5 km) you can reach the lake, where there is a swimming opportunity (not suitable for small children). There is no public beach on the lake, so it is very peaceful.

The spacious, handmade yurt is decorated to be cozy and, if you wish, you can also relax in the yurt sauna (no extra charge). The laundry room is located under a birch tree, beautifully protected by willow fences. The accommodation yurt has a wood-heated stove that you can use to heat the yurt and boil tea or coffee water. A fridge is available in the barn. Just peace, nature, and time to unwind.

Our handmade yurt offers a natural experience in the heart of the Sunnmørsalpene. Here you can see the starry sky through the skylight while you fall asleep to the sounds of the forest. Immediate proximity to endless hiking opportunities, only 1 hour from Ålesund. The yurt is located at our regenerative farm where we grow blackberries and keep sheep and llamas. At certain times, it is possible to purchase fresh produce from the farm.
