Nestled amongst the trees and located just 2 miles from beautiful Higgins Beach and just 5 miles to Portland, this recently renovated, sparkling clean, bright, private, stunning cottage is waiting just for you! Your private entrance is just steps away from your parked car. The cottage is 16 x 20 so it's super cozy! We live on the property (so we're here if you need us) but you are 100 feet from us, way out in the backyard. (It's private!) Our location is perfect for your Maine vacation!

Cozy condo across the street from Maine's beautiful Pine Point beach. Private entrance with one on-site parking spot. Queen bed in lofted area, full size sleeper sofa on ground level. Efficient kitchen area with fridge, stove, and microwave for preparing small meals. Wifi and TV equipped with a streaming device. Perfect place for one or two people who will spend most of their time enjoying our local trails, beaches, and restaurants before returning to this comfortable and quiet space.

Captain Cookie's sea cottage

It’s the most wonderful type of the year in Maine. The leaves are red, the crowds are gone, the lobsters are still fresh. The suite is newly renovated with off street parking and a private entrance - Pet friendly! We have all the amenities you’ll need for your vacation including heatpumps in each room as the nights get colder. Set in a peaceful neighborhood, 10 mins to beach, 15 to pier and Old Orchard street. Off leash allowed at all times on the beach!
