The house is in the heart of the ancient medieval village of Gaeta with an enchanting view of the gulf. The house with independent entrance, has three spacious bedrooms all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area. The house is located in a ZTL in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 21 to 6 amttino.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
