Our house is exclusively used commercially (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as a whole (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. The design is based on an urban style with high demands on materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, wall colours inspired by Farrow & Balls combine comfort with high quality.

This small apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building right next to a lake and its park. It is less than a one-minute walk from the nearest subway station. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a drugstore, snack bars and restaurants. The surroundings towards the lake are very quiet and the shopping street is also far enough away to enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the apartment provide every comfort.

Cozy 1 room apartment in the rear courtyard with kitchen and bathroom. View of the courtyard garden. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)
