Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly at the Müggelspree about 500 m from Lake Müggel. The apartment offers space for 2 people with child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow for a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dish-washer, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. In addition, we offer you a sitting area with TV, a separate workspace with desk, as well as internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, they are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to a cozy stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is secured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spreetunnel. At Müggelsee you have the possibility to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. With the tram you can get into the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Rathaus of Köpenick with a Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the big city hustle and bustle of Berlin after 30 minutes.

The beautiful apartment is located directly at the spa park of Bad Saarow and about 30 meters from the Saarow thermal spa. It is about 100 meters to the beach of Scharmützel. The apartment is right in the center of the spa town. Restaurants and bars can be reached from there in about a 2-minute walk. Discounters and cafes are only about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station with connections to the train and buses can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

Our holiday bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a big, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and equipment and meet above average high standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking at the property. Various shops and restaurants nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats are free to use. And Berlin City is very close!

Lakeside house with playground, fireplace & hot tub

Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The "Kranichhof" is only a few minutes from the swimming lake in the old village. There is a big orchard and horse paddocks. The spacious, 90 square meter loft apartment is located on the first floor of an old converted and expanded farmhouse. It has one big bedroom, shower and tub bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, extra sofa bed and large balcony terrace. Holiday home in the countryside

Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme lake area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursion possibilities can be reached very quickly. (Forest walks, natural bathing beaches, boats & fishing trips, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The motorway connection (A10 / A12) is about 10 minutes away.

Holiday home 1 on the Heidesee

The cottage 1+2 is located on its own property with 1000 m² . The cottages have an area of approx. 43m². It is about 50 m to the swimming beach. Restaurants are very close to Greek about 50 m German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy about 600 m. To the train station about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes in the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes in Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.
