Welcome to your own floor in a luxury house in the middle of Berlin. The house is located in a courtyard and as such is extremely quiet. In the bedroom enjoy sleeping on a cosy 160cm wide bed. In the spacious living room you will find a TV and a large desk. There is also a wonderful sofa-bed with an extremely comfortable memory foam mattress (160 cm). Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
