The charming apartment is a great place for people who want to turn their back on the stressful everyday life. The beach is about 1.5 km away. Bicycle/car is beneficial. New shopping centre with a supermarket, Stolz department store (clothing, beach goods, health and beauty products, home décor, and much more), Outdoor Ole, a bakery and an off-licence are all within walking distance. There is also a well-known and popular restaurant called 'Ollex' right in the village. The beach is about 1.5 km away.

In the old threshing floor or on the sunny terrace in front of it, you will find peace and relaxation. The tax-free beach is only four kilometers away. The surrounding area offers a variety of tourist opportunities in Grömitz and Neustadt-Pelzerhaken. By bike you can explore Holstein Switzerland from here. A trip to Lübeck is worthwhile.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you will always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to our horse pasture.
