Between apple trees and grapevines, on an alluvial cone lies Gratsch, a district of the municipality of Merano, not far from Dorf Tirol. The Algunder Waalweg [Lagundo irrigation canal trail] also starts in Gratsch, which invites you to take leisurely hikes, especially in the spring and autumn.
