Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Tourist tax is not included in the price.

My name is Andreas and I live with my family in this house above Lake Wörthersee in Carinthia. We rent out the ground-floor apartment, which we lovingly maintain. We have renovated and expanded this house, which my great-aunt built in the 1960s, over the past two years to live here and continue to give guests the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place. We would be delighted if you would become guests in our apartment!

Living by the creek

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.
