From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

There’s a nature reserve around the corner where you can also enjoy walking, cycling or mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a wall of built-in wardrobes and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Visits not permitted without prior notification.

Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration.
