Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Schiltigheim

We recently stayed at this beautiful home with our family of six, including a 4-year-old, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This property is tucked away in the scenic Alsatian countryside. It is spacious, welcoming, and full of character, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The living area was one of the highlights for us—it’s filled with natural light thanks to the large windows that overlook the lush garden. We enjoyed spending time there. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups, with five bedrooms and additional spaces that provided everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. The garden felt like a private retreat, offering a peaceful space to unwind and let the kids play freely. It was so refreshing to have access to such a quiet outdoor space, away from any disturbances.

We felt very comfortable as a family with 7 people and a dog in this half-timbered house. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Only the beds are too soft for those with sensitive backs. The two hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The courtyard is completely enclosed so the dog could run around freely. A Perfect Easter Escape at Dorine's in Mutzig. Our Easter stay at Dorine's Airbnb in Mutzig was nothing short of magical. The property is an absolute gem, perfectly suited for a family getaway.The highlight of the home is undoubtedly the living room, which boasts breathtaking views of the valley. We found ourselves spending hours simply soaking in the scenery – it's a view you could easily get lost in!The location is ideal for those who love the outdoors. We enjoyed several fantastic hikes in the surrounding area, taking advantage of the beautiful Alsatian landscape. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and activity.irbnb. We highly recommend Dorine's place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat in France. It's perfect for families and anyone who appreciates stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return someday! Dorine herself is very kind and responsive. She even shipped an item left over by us at her place.

We immediately felt comfortable in the house. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, it had toys for the kids and the garden is dog-proof fenced. The hosts were quickly reachable when needed and gave us helpful tips for things to do. Thank you for such a wonderful break!

Original house in a very good location between Colmar and Strasbourg. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Our stay in Birkenwald was a lovely experience. The cottage, located in a very quiet environment, is comfortable, extremely clean and very well arranged. Everything is decorated with taste. My family and I can only recommend staying with Matthieu who is an ideal host: friendly, helpful, welcoming, attentive, responsive. We'll be happy to come back to Birkenwald for a stay at La Grange.

We had a wonderful weekend with 2 children at Stéphane's place. The apartment and location are great.

Michel awaited us personally and even brought us croissants in the morning. The appartment was extremly nicely arranged with a lot of taste. Don't expect luxury but very high quality.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, bright, impeccably clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice welcome We got a real Kouglof to welcome us. And the best ways to Europapark and Strasbourg have been explained. Beds were good. Linens and towels provided. Dishwasher and washing machine too.

We were very lucky to have booked Julia's place! It is located in a wonderfully quiet area and is on the ground floor of a spacious house. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could ask for – especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired. The communication with Julia was easy, warm and incredibly quick at all times. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend a stay with her!

We stayed 2 nights at Silvia and Thomas's place. Silvia and Thomas were very responsive. Accommodation is very clean and matches photos. We'll be happy to go back.

Julien is a very responsive, understanding and friendly host. He gives very clear instructions to best facilitate arrival and departure. The apartment was very well located for easy bike access to places to visit (city center, Parc de l 'Orangerie, etc.). The space was clean, convenient, and everything was functional. Very nice villa in beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed the days with the family. Very friendly and nice hosts, communication easy, direct and always available. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the villa. With small children, caution is advised with the many stairs in and around the house.

We spent a family weekend there with many adults and children. To begin with, I have to say that Eve is a wonderful host. Communication was excellent—proactive and helpful. The house and garden were very spacious, offering plenty of room. The amenities left nothing to be desired. I would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Amazing views and so peaceful. We were also so lucky with the weather for the time of year, which helped us enjoy Aurelie's stunning place in Alsace. Many walks and cycles from the door - although not for the faint hearted, lots of up and down!

Everything was as described, in a peaceful and private environment with a polite hostess and all the listed amenities. Calming and relaxing experience. I highly recommended it and would definitely revisit it in the future! A great bonus for us was that pets were allowed and had a great time as well.
