Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. A unique and luxurious house in the city centre with an oasis atmosphere surrounded by a garden. The neighbourhood is an artist community, with many good local restaurants and cafes/bars. Don't search, we can discover them together as we talk! You'll find this small oasis, in a small 15min walking distance from the Parthenon, through Philopapou hill.
