The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

There is a lot to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittau Mountains and the town of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our accommodation is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. Apartment on the upper floor of the single-family home, quiet location, large terrace with great views for relaxing. Opportunities for activities in Sebnitz, such as a sports and leisure center (about 1 km), outdoor swimming pools, herbal spa, prehistoric park, house of the German artificial flower, African museum, etc. Popular starting point for hikes (also guided possible) or cycling trips to Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. Good shopping, Dresden 50 km, Pirna 36 km away

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Beautifully furnished apartment in a single-family house in a quiet, sunny location on the outskirts, convenient starting point for trips and hikes to Saxon Switzerland, elevated location on a hill. Riding stable about 300 m away, barbecue area available, parking in front of the house, winter sports possible, ski sports facility about 2000 m away, shopping center 300 m away, restaurant 2000 m, bus stop and train 100 m away, Dresden 50 km away.

Vlčí Hora cottage in wilderness

We offer a stay in a cozy traditional log house in peace and privacy. The house has lovely views and is located near forest and National Park. The living room has fireplace, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Two bedrooms are in the second floor. Heating is provided by electricity or the fireplace. Unlimited WiFi with a speed of approximately 28 Mbps. The ceilings in the first floor are low, please be careful not to hit your head!

Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder mill, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous painter's path leads directly past. Ideal for trips to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
