Stay out of the ordinary with upscale decor and perfect location in the center of the city. The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play. Caution around the use of furniture.

In the house there is a swimming pool (unfortunately not usable at the moment due to maintenance work), sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine.
