Bis zu drei Personen können hier gemütliche Tage in der Flusslandschaft Eide-Treene-Sorge verbringen. Die Badestelle an der Eider ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Radfahren oder Wandern ein. Unser Kaufmann im Ort ist nur 100 m entfernt und hält viele Leckereien bereit. Die Nordsee ist 20 Autominuten entfernt.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. Hey dear guests, We are centrally located for many activities. Whether for water lovers or kitesurfers (30 minutes to the North Sea and 60 minutes to the Baltic Sea), for golfers (10 minutes to Gut Apeldör), cyclists (many excursion destinations such as Friedrichstadt or Kanal33 can be reached in about an hour), Tellingstedt is a good starting point. Day trips to Lübeck (old town), Kiel, Bad Segeberg (Karl May Festival), Hamburg or the Halligen or Heligoland are easily doable.

It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.
