With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

This tiny house on the lake is the perfect retreat. The fantastic view of the water, surrounded by green nature, creates a relaxed atmosphere. On sunny days you can enjoy the view, while the cozy book corner with sofa invites you to linger on cooler summer evenings. Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

"Blockhütte" Quellental in wonderful surroundings

Welcome to our little log cabin! The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
