This very modern and high-quality guest apartment is located in the centre of the Dietzhausen district of the town of Suhl, with a parking space on the property. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path runs directly past the property. The outdoor swimming pool is about 300 metres away. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues, Downhill with a lift and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20–30 minutes and also by public transport.

The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

The vacation apartment is located in the center of Fehrenbach and is on the 2nd floor of a house built in 1925. The living room offers a comfortable couch as well as a 55-inch OLED TV with Netflix and MagentaTV. In the bedroom you will find a 1.6 x 2 m bed and from the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the place. A third person can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space.
