My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

I offer a 2-room apartment with about 30 m², consisting of a bedroom with a wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful living area with a sofa bed and large TV as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. The living room offers a comfortable couch as well as a 55-inch OLED TV with Netflix and MagentaTV. In the bedroom you will find a 1.6 x 2 m bed and from the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the place. A third person can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Early check-in and late check-out by arrangement.
