It is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade on foot. The small room (15 m²) has all the details to make your stay cozy and pleasant. It has a comfortable sofa bed that you can use as a sofa during the day. You have an outdoor space with table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers. A fire ring is also available. Behind the house begins a beautiful forest for hiking.

It has 2 bedrooms (double beds: 180 x 200 cm), which share the bathroom on the upper floor. On the first floor is the kitchen, combined living/dining room and terrace with breathtaking lake and mountain views. It is a retreat and relaxation place overlooking nature. Unwind in the lounge and enjoy the relaxation time!
