A nice for Binzer conditions large apartment in the residential area with a small playground on the doorstep. The parking lot is also right in front of the house, as well as a bicycle storage room. The apartment is modernized in a modern style and offers in addition to comfort immediately the feeling of having arrived at home. Away from the crowds and yet close. The apartment has a beautiful practical kitchen and offers all the comfort you need. The new bathroom has a floor deep shower.

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
