Holiday rentals with a sauna in Schmachter See

Great place to stay with a small family and a dog. The hosts were very nice, friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. The room was really clean and exactly as advertised, however, the only issue is that you will need a car or at least a bike to get anywhere or to do groceries. There is one local restaurant, but we did not have a good experience. Other than that, it was a very peaceful and refreshing stay.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

The place was great. In very good condition and very clean. The location was great! We felt very comfortable. You didn't notice anything from other guests, it was very quiet. The only point of criticism, which I only saw after departure, there was a parking space on the bill and when I asked at check-in if there was parking, I was told I have to park for a fee on the street. So according to the bill, I paid twice for parking. Once from the property and then there again on site.

We had a lovely stay at Petra's. The place is very beautiful, very peaceful and the apartment is very functional. The whole neighborhood is very beautiful with beautiful houses and gardens. Nights including cool, just perfect for sleeping well. I would highly recommend this very practical and well designed apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

The place is great. Very spacious and well appointed. The sauna is a highlight! Sigfried was always easily accessible to us. The beach and everything you need to live is within walking distance. We were very pleased.

We had rented the apartment for a weekend. The highlight is definitely the great sauna. After a long day out, we were able to relax in the sauna. I'm sure we'll be back.

We will be happy to come back! She even exceeded all our expectations and was our best & most beautiful experience on Airbnb. Everything super clean & everything available. Fast and friendly communication. The location is absolutely perfect and yet quiet. The sauna was our highlight. We were able to relax very well & are very grateful to Claudia for all her commitment. We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful, quiet time. The house is very homely and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There's nothing missing. The view is magnificent and in the evening at sunset you have the small beach nearby really to yourself.

We enjoyed a long weekend here. The big and well equipped kitchen, the well maintained home and the great bedrooms were exactly what we needed. The sauna was awesome and very easy to use.

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

The contact with Heike was very good, straightforward and accommodating. Responses to inquiries came quickly. She went out of her way to fulfill special concerns, so there was even a stirrer waiting for us upon arrival so that I could bake my rolls. :-) The house is on a beautiful natural property and is very nicely renovated, you can see the attention to detail. The decor offers everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook more elaborate dishes. The location and the view of the Bodden are unique. Especially from the upper living room you have a fantastic view of the water, the sunset and later the starry sky. The cozy armchairs and the great place in the windowsill make you forget the time, this is pure relaxation! We slept very well, the mattresses were comfortable and from the upper bedrooms you can also look out of bed into the sky. We felt very comfortable!

We had a wonderful family time in this absolute dream house! The house is tastefully decorated, sauna and fireplace are great, we felt very comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and suitable for nice excursions, destinations for activities are about a 10-15 minute drive away. I'm sure we'll be back!

In the Reethaus am Dune Forest, we spent a very relaxed week over New Year's Eve. With 5 adults, 1 child and 2 infants we found a spacious house. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable.
