Our apartment is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Benshausen, suitable for nature lovers. An ideal starting point for many hikes & bike tours. It is only 15 km to the well-known winter sports center Oberhof am Rennsteig, year-round cross-country skiing in Skisport Halle Oberhof, tobogganing, bike park, golf climbing park, wellness in the H2O Therme, sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis.

In the basement of our two-family house you have a comfortable, very modern furnished and with 62 sqm, spacious non-smoking apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You have acess to the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.
