The apartment is located directly at the gate to Franconian Switzerland. With a variety of hiking and biking trails as well as one of the largest climbing areas in Europe. On the other hand, the good highway connection makes it easy to get to Nuremberg or Bayreuth. In Pegnitz itself there is everything you need (outdoor pool, shopping, cinema, etc.) The picturesque rocky town of Pottenstein with its countless leisure activities can be reached in just 20 minutes by car.

A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.
