Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The newly renovated 32 m² holiday apartment in Apartment Haus Lang in Algund offers a harmonious blend of comfort, nature, and stylish design. The cozy holiday apartment “Untervernatsch Enzian” is located in Katharinaberg, a picturesque village in South Tyrol, and it is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature. The apartment consists of a single space with a dining area and a sleeping area (with a kingsize bed), a kitchenette and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair (all 3 available upon request).

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The South Tyrol Pass is free.

The modern 2-room apartment with a large kitchen-living room is located on the top floor in the new Klima Haus standard A-Nature. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. About 1230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows and old farmhouses, you will find the quiet and elevated holiday apartment Judith at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
