Monthly Rentals in Schœlcher

The place is as advertised and the photos. The only unclear aspect is that although it is mainly one room, with a queen size bed in an alcove, there is a small separate bedroom with a twin bed. The apartment was spotless. There is a good sized private shaded terrace with table & chairs, lounge chairs, hammock attached to the apartment. The view from the apartment & terrace is spectacular. We enjoyed sitting there, watching the boats on the water and listening to birds. There is a swimming pool and a nice quiet beach a short walk away as advertised. We loved the beach, very low key. Martinique is hilly and the property is up a hill from the beach so there a number of steps. Some people commented they are dilapidated, but they are not steep and are very safe. The pool is spotless and not very used. Generally, a nice peaceful spot for a quiet stay.

Sandra's studio is a small gem furnished and decorated with care. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom very functional. There's even a balcony for dining. Location is central and convenient. Loved our stay. We wanted quiet and found it at Sandra's!

I stayed here for 4 months doing my Erasmus placement at the University. It was a lovely accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood, conveniently placed right next to the bus stop. Incredibly happy with my stay.

Everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout. The stay went very well. The premises are spacious and pleasant. The residence is secure and the premises are close to Fort de France. Very easy to access for travel. The beach is also close by car. I would highly recommend it.
